System Navigator is actually a file manager with a module for archive creation and extraction. The program has a low speed when is creating or extracting files, but supports a decent range of formats (archiving and extraction). It doesn't have all features of top file compression tools, but provides a detailed help manual.

Right click menu is intuitive and you can choose to include or not subfolders of selected folder, choose a compression level and a compression method, split archive based on a list with already defined sizes and create self extracting archives.
