Xero is another modern platform made for small businesses. It is easy to use and once you login you have a clean control panel.
In the Dashboard you see a summary of the main categories (invoices, expenses, bank transactions). You can import bank accounts, make checks, view reports about sales, balance, sales tax report, add customers and suppliers. Also, you can add employees and manage payrolls. You can create timesheets for each employee.
As you can see from out screenshots, Xero is one of the friendliest apps to generate invoices and keep the accounting. Is straightforward and easy to use.
