Mailigen is an online service to create and send newsletters to your subscribers.  The interface is well organized and you will be guided through a few but very logical steps when you will start to use it.

You can import contacts from files or with copy&paste, then create email campaigns by choosing between hundreds of mobile responsive templates organized into categories. Once you choose a template, is easier to edit and customize it with your data.

Mailigen also allows to create surveys, to view statistic and reports about emails sent, open rate etc.

Is good at contact management.
