HaoZip (as ZIP Repair Tool) Review

HaoZip is a file compression software that offers a Repair function and it works very well.

Using it as tool to repair ZIP files is very easy. It provides an interface where you will navigate and will select desired ZIP file(s) - you can select multiple ones. Then, click on Repair option and HaoZip check the file and see a report about it. Or you can repair it directly, choosing in the same time a different file extension, if you want. Recovered file will be saved with a prefix added to the original file name.

HaoZip shows the number of repaired files, files with errors and elapsed time.

It will not save files with errors from the corrupted archive, so this can be a minus.

The program is free, is good file compression tool and can be used in the same time to repair damaged archives.
